It is convenient because it’s accessible to train station. Take note, there’s no elevator, so we had to take the stairs carrying our suitcases. The place was spacious, Two rooms (Two double beds and 1 queen bed) There are two toilet and baths which I liked. We saw a few cockroaches and asked for a cockroach repellent. If your ears are sensitive to noise, I wouldn’t recommend this. You could hear the train and vehicles outside.

Location is very near to Punnawathi BTS, but you need to expect there’s a lot noise from Car and motorbike from the main road even at night. Rooms are big enough. To stay up to 5 pax as we took family room. But there was no room doors, only curtain rails. Staffs are helpful and friendly but cleaning staffs should do more for room cleaning properly.
